We all are in this together!

E ver thought a something micro like virus could keep us all locked up in our home's?No right, definitely there were ideology about bio-terrorism or bio-war but never took them seriously because who would do that and why would they do. Don't know is it a bio-war or any thing now but definitely this is something.  We did ask for vacation during our regular hectic days but never thought God would take this so seriously and grant our wish. Irony is now we have our long when will it end don'no kinda a vacation we are not liking it , we do want to go back to our regular life. I guess that's LIFE.        So how is everyone keeping up with their mental health and also physical health? It's been hard on me. Staying home for such a long time has not been easy on everyone. We all are dealing with anxiety, dilemma, no proper sleep schedule nor eating schedule. Our life's been shaken, this is getting hard on everyone in one way or the other.       Maybe this is the time

Life stage!

2018 was quite a year for all of us it taught me many things as it came to an end. It was quite hard to survive for some tho they did. Start of the year came with a tremendous stress to study harder for boards as it ended came the stress of results, but above all the stress we said fuck it and enjoyed our so called 'vacations'.midway through the year came our results with a bang and trust me when i say this its nothing more enjoying than telling the teacher u scored 70+% than the teacher who hoped u would fail...as the vacations came to an end search fr the colleges began, maybe a little uos and downs but secured a seat...whats the start of a college life than having a crush in your own class, most of the boring lectures would pass just by talking to friends...as the end of the year approached again the stress troubled which started the year. Adapting something new n getting with it is still a struggle for many of us such as studies, new environment and many new friends.

Passion vs Career!!

Passion vs Career Passion is what your heart wants you to do! And your career is what you do for money. Money is everything But you can't buy your happiness from money. One should follow one's passion rather running behind money. If you go behind your passion you will earn what you deserve.    One can achieve anything where his heart is! If your heart is behind you passion, then go for you passion and achieve yourself there. One can be creative and make good ideas!  It may take some time to set your platform in, But don't  loose you hope. Believe in what you are and win yourself.    Careers are money making jobs, but if your heart is not into your work you'r not getting into it. It may be boring for you, your are always irritated and frustrated over it.    It is a beautiful thing when your passion becomes your career.    So guys think wisely and choose between your career and your passion!

Humanity?

Recently, we have been hearing few rape cases. In the worst case scenario ,was hearing that a 4 year girl was raped and murdered for no reason. Now their is this news that a 27 year old men raped a new born baby girl who was just 8 months old brutally raped till she bleeded. So is this a cruse for the baby girl and her family? This is what she deserved? and where did all the mankind humanity fade off?    What makes them do these kind of activities and what do they get, I really couldn't understand. Why don't you see and protect other women like your mother or your sister . Do you behave this way with your mother or sister?  Is this what you are taught to do ?    Is there any kind of humanity left in this world? This news really made me sad for what is happening around us. This kind of questions literally makes me feel very disgusting. Days after days this cases are getting worst and we couldn't do anything to protect each other.     Rape has been a word used on

The Best Friend !

It's been 9 years, I first met her in my new school. In a crowd full of unknown faces. It was 14th of August 2010, we had our Independence day celebration. I was standing in the corridor, she came to me and asked me what I brought in my tiffin for the day cause we had to bring something traditional food for the celebration. I told her I brought something which I love and which I made by my mom named 'PUTTU'. It maybe be sounding wried to hear a dish named puttu but trust  me it exist. She asked me are you from Chennai . I have been to Chennai, I have lived there for 10 years and she also told puttu is one of her favorite dish too. That was our first ever conversation. And after that day we shared our stories and memories together. And spent our school days together.        Since that day, no body replaced her nor any body could replace. She is a soul taught me who I am and who I am not . I can't explain who she is to me, she is so important to me. If someo

We used to wear our new clothes and run to show Our dress to our friends. And soon we share our sweets and special dishes for Diwali. So much of love and care in one festival . Then on the evening we Used to help our mothers making in rangoli and burn our firecrackers . The whole night used to be a color full night.       Diwali now is celebrated with greeting send through whatsapp and facebook. We wear our new clothes and click some pictures of

Dilemma!

For them our education is first rather than anything. If or if not the child is interested or least interested in what education they are providing.            Did they ever asked or thought what their child is interested in gaining knowledge ? Or what are they interested to get known about? Did they ever thought of talking to their child of what is he/she dreaming to become?       You as a parent may think that whatever you do, do it for the sake of their happiness. But ever thought of what is their happiness is?        Well the point is not that parents are wrong on what they do or think for their child, point is that what the child wants to be.       Let them do what they are dreaming, cause "all are dreams can come true if we pursue them" .May be they find it difficult in the start, encourage them rather than discouraging. Believe in what they say and what they want to be. Trust them, they will for sure gonna make their parents proud.

India at it's 70!

It's been 70 years since we got our freedom, but are we completely observing our freedom?    Still there are people who are deprived of their freedom. There are people who can't find their freedom. And there are people who don't know what is freedom.     India has developed far better in these last 70 years. But there are places or people who are completely not able to observe what real freedom is. There are places where still equality is missing. There are places where girl child is killed. There are places where child marriages are carried. There are places where women's are molested. There are places where small child is raped for no reason.    Don't you think, such things give us the pride to celebrate Independence Day. The cause is to change and develop our nation rather abusing it.     Independence could be only observed when such things don't happen and we all live together one, no matter what happens.

The Brown Girl Talks!

The Brown Girl Talks!     In this world, since birth every girl child is protected from getting sexually abused. Is it that every girl child is said to take care of themselves, as no one ever said their boy child to take care of their mother, sister, daughter or a friend or to change their view towards women. No one is ever cared about what happens to a women, until and unless she is popular or a celebrity. If a common girl is abused then, who is she for us to care about? If such thing ever happen with your mother, sister, daughter or a (special) friend. If the case is cared and published everywhere then it is also for their own sake of getting TRP ratings.     Since birth, mom always said to avoid wearing skirts, wear long jeans and long tops. Cover your cleavage. Don't show that you are attracting the opposite sex. Don't seek attention.why such things are said often to females rather to males. Why not change our thoughts rather put action?

A Walk through the DHARAVI SLUM!

WHY YOU MUST GO ON A TOUR OF DHARAVI SLUM!   (it's not the negative, depressing place you'd expect).   'In His Skin' - Image by Harsha Pandav, sourced via www.instagram.com/harshagram    In a city of over 20 million people, space is understandably at a premium in Mumbai. For the working class, daily life in Mumbai is commonly played out in what are called  chawls  -- multi level with single small rooms, which usually accommodate a whole family, often with a shared bathroom for each floor.  Prices are ridiculously expensive, even more so than New York!    Dharavi, the teeming slum of one million souls, where as many as 18,000 people crowd into a single acre. It is routinely called "Asia's largest slum". Ask any long time resident - some families have been there for more than two to three generations, "how Dharavi came to be?" and they will say "we built it!" I hope you guys are familiar with Dharavi from the movie

Let's know about it!

Things we Tamilians are tired of hearing! Being a Tamilian it is hard to make people understand the difference between a South Indian and Tamilian. Let me explain you there are total 5 states in south India so accordingly each state has their own language, they are Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kanada.  Here are some common problems that we Tamilians are tired of! 1.      “You’re so fair! How are you even Tamilian?” (this is too awkward *) 2.      “Dude, why are your film actors so ugly?”  ( maybe because we like actors who can act *) 3.      Why is your language like vango, pongo, and mango?  ( do yourself a favor and stop talking right now*) 4.      “Let’s go get some dosa and sambar!”( actually that sounds delicious*) 5.      You guys might be eating iddlis and dosa daily, wow! ( no we don’t *) 6.      “ Hey I know about you Tamil people , I read them in 2 states” ( no words , only tears*) 7.      “I pronounced your name right this time, didn’t I?”  ( You t

4. Women empowerment                              Women Empowerment refers to increasing and improving the social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure equal-right to women.      The subject of empowerment of women has becoming a burning issue all over the world. Inequalities between men and women and discrimination against women have also been age-old issues all over the world. Thus, women’s quest for equality with man is a universal phenomenon. What exists for men is demanded by women?      They have demanded equality with men in matters of education, employment, inheritance, marriage, politics and recently in the field of religion also to serve. Their quest for equality has given birth to the formation of many women’s associations and launching of movements.      The need for women's empowerment is felt because of the status they have in society since the beginning. There is a need to redefine the status of women in the society.A change can b

Let's know about it! 4. Homelessness     In India, huge number of population is homeless because low wages and high rent. In metro cities like Mumbai or delhi. One bed room apartment rent is minimum 30k while a labor guy makes only 15k or less than that. On the top of that he has to pay all of his expenses. That is why lots of people live in the slum or on the road side. There are 20 people living in two bed room house. In small cities, you get salary 8k and you can rent a small room for 2k. It will be just empty room. No kitchen, shared bathroom and no ac/heat. Some rickshaw drivers sleep on the side of road to save some extra money since they have to send money back to their families. They are uneducated poor people who come to cities from small villages for work. They have no land or jobs in the village. They have no choice. They work at construction site and sleep there at night. They cook in the open space. They can only afford rice and lentils. Govt do not provi
